If there is a mistake in the order, email drink@bestbevhk.com, cite your order no. and issues with your order. Bestbev will bear all costs on return and replacement of the beers. Returns will take another 3-5 days from report. For more information, email drink@bestbevhk.com
Damages
Bestbev HK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
