The gose (pronounced 'go-suh') style was almost forgotten, but has been seeing quite a resurgence in the craft scene these days.
The first sour beer in Korea, The Ghost adds a little coriander seed and Jeju tangerine peel to a slightly more full-bodied and tart gose than standard - resulting in a tangy and ultra-refreshing beer.
