SIX BOTTLE SHOPS WE LOVE

"Everybody's got to believe in something. I believe I'll have another beer." - W.C. Fields

CAVE Beer Point

116 Broadway, Mei Foo Sun Chuen

We love when bottle shops open up in sleepy districts. (My grandmother lives in Mei Foo!) You can always count on CAVE to have some amazing rare beers in stock as their shareholders are constantly travelling and bringing back exciting brews to share with the local community.

Craftissimo

Tai Ping Building, 22-24A Tai Ping Shan Street, Sheung Wan

Owner Ronny is a lovely Italian born-and-raised chap with big love for all things hoppy and wild. There’s also 6 rotating taps lined up in his place, so you’ll always have the chance to try something fresh and new.

HK Brewcraft

4/F, 15 Cochrane Street, Central

Opened by beer lovers for beer lovers, HK Brewcraft is a bottle shop cum beer school. They host regular tasting sessions, homebrewing workshops and event BJCP trainings.

The Bottle Shop

114 Man Nin Street, Sai Kung

Sai Kung will always be our favourite getaway spot during summer. On top of a huge craft beer selection, The Bottle Shop also carries a wide variety of wines and spirits. Bonus: the sea urchin dinghy parks right opposite the shop! Grab a fresh AF serving and pair it with a pale ale or two.

Tramline Liquor Co.

78 Catchick Street, Kennedy Town

Kennedy Town is known for its idyllic views by the waterfront… and the cosy little bottle shop at the end of the tram line! Opened by two alcohol-loving brothers, Tramline Liquor Co. serves as the go-to spot for great booze in the west side.

Winerack

  1. 25A High Street, Sai Ying Pun
  2. Shop 5, Kam Po Court, Hoi Pong Square, Sai Kung
  3. 9 Bristol Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui

Boasting 3 outlets around town, Winerack is one of the OGs of bottle shops. Previously only stocking wine, the company has since caught up to the beer trend, displaying various brews - local and imported!
